What is the marketing plan that you will use to sell my home? The plan should be precise and tailored to your individual home and not to every home that the agent has listed.
What is the track record of the company you work for? With so much competition in today’s market, you should select an agent that is with a luxury firm and that produces top sales figures, high average sales prices, and maintains a strong outreach to the type of buyer that will ultimately purchase your home.
How will you determine the list price of my property? Ask the agent to be very specific. They should be knowledgeable with all the comparable sales and listings that are not only in your community, but also your competitors and other luxury communities.
